Event Rooms to celebrate the pleasure of getting together
Foster brings together the trades of the land, artisans, and intellectual jobs. Meeting rooms were designed for them to meet and for everyone to celebrate important moments of one’s life!
Following the structure of a tree, our rooms were designed to drive people to invent, solidify and grow their ideas and projects.
Three rooms are devoted to celebrating the natural growth stages of a tree, in comparison to the growth of teams, families, and human relationships:
- Birth… and roots
- Growth… and trunk
- Ray… and tree crown
These rooms are available for rent for private and professional events, fully equipped and accessible to all (PRM).
In addition to modern equipment, we offer different options:
- Daily rent, half day or evening
- ALL IN: including material, catering, decoration, service, animation, etc.
There will surely be an option that perfectly matches your wishes and budget.
We work with the best event planners to ensure flawless service for every budget.
MODERN COMFORT AND EASY ACCESS
For its offices and conference and reception rooms, Foster combined connectivity, accessibility, and modern comfort with nature.
SPLENDID WINDOW ON NATURE
Being able to sit down in a magnificent area, in the middle of nature, 10 minutes from urban areas, is the daily life at Foster.
SIMPLE AND QUALITY ALL IN SERVICES
At Foster you can simply rent a room but also benefit from a larger service: caterer, tables and chairs renting, flowers, staff, sound, and light shows, etc.
Room “Houppier”
If you want to enjoy a beautiful view for a final presentation of your project or a party
for an exclusive professional or private event, this room is perfect for you.
It can contain 20-24 seated people and 50-60 in a conference setting.
For a standing cocktail, the maximum capacity is 60 people.
The room has a large screen and video installation.
Room "écorce"
Under its superb exposed roof structure, the Ecorce room is the perfect venue for official events and ceremonies.
Whether you’re honouring your customers, thanking your outstanding staff or unveiling a new product, innovation or promising partnership, its acoustics will encourage applause and celebration.
Whether in conference or banqueting mode, your guests will feel included, authentic and solid.
Room “Hêtre”
This room is dedicated to formal meeting room to solidify and extend a project.
The maximum capacity is 7 people, and it has a digital screen and videoconferencing facilities.
Room "tilleul"
The lime tree is associated with justice and freedom. Often planted in the centre of villages, it invites debate and exchange between people. Foster’s courtyard is adorned with a lime tree as a welcome.
The Tilleul room is both bright and secret. Set up as a workshop, it lends itself to working meetings between teams in constant interaction.
Room "tronc"
The Tronc room is designed to solidify the foundations of your project, cement collaborations and lay the foundations for taking it further.
Perfect for business development and negotiation meetings, the room’s charm lies in its light and its originality: its splendid table made from an 80-year-old ash tree from the Granmenil forest in the Manhay region.
Room “Racines”
The room “Racines” is perfect to delve into the foundations of your project as a team, in confidentiality.
Don’t restrain yourself. You can always work standing, looking towards the horizon.
The capacity is from 2 to 5 people. The room has a digital screen and a large white wall to boost brainstorming.

What could be more pleasant than ending a day’s work, a serious conference or a strategic meeting with a friendly drink?
Foster offers a range of areas in which to relax and network: lounge, inner courtyard, large tables, rustic courtyard, terrace overlooking the valley, etc.
Various afterwork drink formulas are available, with a special focus on local artisans.
