Like the structure of a tree, our rooms have been specially designed to allow you to imagine, realise, and nurture your ideas and projects.
Several rooms have been dedicated to the natural evolution of the tree, comparable to the evolution of any team, any family, and any human relationship in general.
These rooms are suitable for the needs of private or professional events, equipped and accessible to all (PRM).
In addition to modern facilities, we offer packages tailored to your needs and budget: rental by the hour, by the day, by the half-day, or for the evening, as well as ALL-IN packages: including equipment, catering, decoration, service, entertainment, etc.
We work with the best local caterers and event professionals to delight your guests and ensure impeccable service.
Over time, unusual places have been created in nature around Foster to reconnect with nature and open up exchanges.

Foster offers simple room rentals as well as a wide range of services: catering, rental of tables and chairs, floral decoration, staff, sound and light entertainment, etc.
THE HOUPPIER ROOM
With its open and unobstructed view of the vegetable garden and the valley, the Houppier room will amaze you and your guests.
In workshop configuration, it is particularly suited for strategic reflection days. Organised in a U-shape, it is ideal for board meetings, general assemblies, and training sessions. In theatre mode, equipped with a lectern and a microphone, it hosts your conferences and speeches.

THE ÉCORCE ROOM
The Écorce room houses official events and ceremonies under its magnificent exposed framework.
Whether you wish to give a conference there, unveil a new product or a promising partnership, its acoustics encourage applause and celebration.
Set up in "conference" or "banquet" mode, your guests will feel inclusion, authenticity, and solidity.
Up to 75 seated people
THE CLEARING
With its panoramic view of nature, La Clairière is an intimate, secluded, unique, immersive space.
Accommodating 10 to 12 people, it is ideal for confidential meetings, projects to be shared discreetly, brainstorming sessions or gatherings, away from the daily routine, to think, exchange ideas and create in complete intimacy.

THE TILLEUL ROOM
The tilleul (lime tree) is associated with justice and freedom. Often planted in the heart of villages, it encourages debate and exchange among the inhabitants. Foster's courtyard is adorned with a lime tree as a welcome gesture.
The Tilleul room is both bright and discreet. It is ideal for work meetings between teams in constant interaction.

THE TRONC ROOM
The Tronc Room is designed to solidify the foundations of your project, confirm collaborations, and establish the steps that will allow you to move it forward.
Ideal for business development and negotiation meetings, it captivates with its light and originality: its splendid table made from an 80-year-old ash tree sourced from the Grandmenil forest in the Manhay region.

THE RACINE ROOM
The Racine room takes you deep into your thoughts.
Do not limit possibilities. Work standing up, experiment, exchange, debate, draw on the board.

THE GUINGUETTE
Looking for a simple and joyful moment, away from traditional formats?
Foster welcomes you to La Guinguette: a special place set up in the old barn, ideal for gathering over a drink, a team aperitif, or an evening with friends. Countryside atmosphere, large tables, lanterns, and rustic decoration… everything is designed for conviviality.
Indulgent and local dishes enhance the experience, to be tailored to your desires.

THE WATERING HOLE
What could be more pleasant than finishing a day at work, a serious conference, or even a strategic meeting by sharing a drink in a friendly atmosphere?
Foster provides various relaxation and networking spaces: a private bar, a covered café, an inner courtyard, large tables, a terrace with a view of the valley, etc.
Different "afterwork drink" options are offered, highlighting local artisans.

FLEXIBLE RENTAL
The rooms are available for hire for half a day, a full day, or an evening. The smaller rooms can be booked by the hour. All are equipped with whiteboards and screens. Coffee, tea, and water are available.
QUALITY CATERERS
In addition to the on-site restaurant, our event partners provide you with access to the best caterers in the region. We prioritise local and organic products, as well as menus tailored to allergies and intolerances.
