Develop your expertise in a unique location

Foster includes a 1.850 m2 two-floors farm. For Artisans, there are two areas totalling 480m2:

The "Grange" of 210 m² adaptable according to needs.

The “Atelier"”, a building of 170 m2 dividable in 2.

The artisans who join Foster benefit from all the necessary infrastructure for their production as well as for the sale of their products. Two display cases are made available to them in the Abreuvoir and at the main reception.

Next to the Farm you can find 30 hectares of growing soil: market gardeners, small farmers, beekeepers, orchard, and other crop growing.

These crops will be produced for artisans and for Foster’s restaurant.

LOGISTICS & SECURITY ASSURED

Close to 2 exits from the E411 highway, Foster makes every logistic aspect easier for its resident artisans.

Optimal access to the urban and industrial areas of Brussels and Brabant.

A concierge ensures security, delivery, and cleanliness on site.

COOPERATION WITH THE OTHER RESIDENTS

Artisans also share the energy infrastructures, water, and gas with every resident, therefore limiting their own investments.

Gourmet artisans who join Foster can benefit from locally grown products and the professionals involved in the food and beverages ecosystem.

DIRECT ACCESS TO CONSUMERS

Foster’s Artisans have the possibility to sell their own products on the site to Foster’s residents and to the public.

Foster organises activities as well to showcase local products, encouraging the public to discover handmade expertise.

THE “GRANGE”

The Barn is a space of 210 m² that can accommodate one or more craftsmen.

Located at the entrance of the central courtyard of the farm, with easy access from the sides, the Barn is particularly suited for table arts professions – cutlery, ceramics, cabinet making, roasting, etc. The workshop is available CASCO. Offices and parking spaces can be provided if needed..

The Barn is occupied by Forge Ferdinand and by Family Spirit. We are eagerly awaiting the installation of the coffee roaster.

L'ATELIER

Atelier Comptoir is located on the left aisle of the farm.

It consists of a 170m2 closed building, divisible in two spaces with openings on the central courtyard.

Ideally place on the opposite side of the restaurant, it is the perfect place for activities such as bakery, soups, juices, jams, condiments.

The space is occupied by Osan Drinks. Offices and parking spaces are also available.
