COOPERATION WITH THE OTHER RESIDENTS

Artisans also share the energy infrastructures, water, and gas with every resident, therefore limiting their own investments.

Gourmet artisans who join Foster can benefit from locally grown products and the professionals involved in the food and beverages ecosystem.

DIRECT ACCESS TO CONSUMERS

Foster’s Artisans have the possibility to sell their own products on the site to Foster’s residents and to the public.

Foster organises activities as well to showcase local products, encouraging the public to discover handmade expertise.

The artisans who join Foster benefit from all the necessary infrastructure for their production as well as for the sale of their products. Two display cases are made available to them in the Abreuvoir and at the main reception.

Next to the Farm you can find 30 hectares of growing soil: market gardeners, small farmers, beekeepers, orchard, and other crop growing.

These crops will be produced for artisans and for Foster’s restaurant.

WELCOME TO THE ARTISAN PRODUCERS

Located at the entrance of the central courtyard of the farm, the Barn and its adjoining wing are particularly suited to table arts – cutlery, ceramics, cabinet making, etc. and culinary arts - distilling, canning, chocolate making, roasting, etc.

Mettre à disposition des espaces propices à la transformation et au stockage des artisans de l'agrolimentaire est un de piliers fondateurs de Foster.

The space is occupied by Osan Drinks. Offices and parking spaces are also available.

Enabling Foster artisans to access green energy, drinking water, and also the produce from the estate's market gardeners is a daily reality.

Encouraging meetings between consumers and producers is part of Foster's mission. This is done through the events that Foster organises, as well as through the displays you will find in the main office and seminar spaces, and in the bar as well.
