Imagine a farm that has been abandoned for decades but ideally located 10 minutes from Brussels and the Ring, 15 minutes from the main towns in Brabant Wallon in a small village called Rosières, known to commuters for its exit 4 on the E411.
The farm has been completely rethought and renovated to combine authentic elements with new modern and bright spaces.
All sheltered from the traffic of motorway junctions but at the motorway exit.
A farm surrounded by 30 hectares of sandpit, meadows, groves, clearings, orchards and ponds.
The place called Terfosse has been converted into Foster to bring together in an authentic and sustainable ecosystem: farmers, artisans, restaurant, businesses and gathering spaces.
Why the name "Houppier"?
The houppier is the upper part of a tree: the foliage, the crown. It symbolises growth, elevation, perspective.
The Houppier room with its suspended tree encourages you to look up, breathe, and take a step back. It evokes elevation and inspires creativity. Its large bay window overlooking the vegetable garden invites you to observe nature, the birds, and outdoor life.
This creates a sense of refuge or a cocoon, while remaining open and vibrant.

"U" CONFIGURATION
This configuration of the Houppier room is ideal for board meetings, committees, and project presentations.
Natural light fills the space from morning onwards and encourages listening and exchanges. The view of the valley and the vegetable garden invites creativity.
Equipped with air conditioning, the room remains pleasant in all seasons and at all times.
IN CONFERENCE MODE
The semi-circular layout of the Houppier Room can accommodate up to 50 people for conferences or interactive training sessions.
The height of the room and its light make it conducive to active listening and learning. The acoustic panels ensure optimal sound quality even without a microphone.
Le mobilier mis à disposition facilite la prise de notes pour les participants tout en étant proches d'un bar mis à disposition toute la conférence. L'éclairage modulable a été conçu pour permettre aux animateurs, animatrices d'adapter l'ambiance en fonction des messages à véhiculer.
IN WORKSHOP MODE
The folding tables and chairs provided allow the room to be arranged in clusters for brainstorming mornings or networking activities.
Flipcharts are available for the various group activities necessary for the dynamics of the day.
Coaches and trainers particularly appreciate this configuration, ensuring movement and rotation between tables according to themes and group exercises.

GUINGUETTE
Each room offers different configurations and atmospheres. Some are more conducive to reflection and others to relaxation: like the Guinguette, which, with its seasonal decoration for summer or winter, is ideal for closing a workday or hosting guests for a drink after a conference.
