THE GENESIS OF THE PROJECT
Foster is the ambitious project of a family of Belgian entrepreneurs, passionate about the land, authenticity, and conviviality. Louis du Bois's vision is to create an ethical and sustainable ecosystem in Wallonia that brings together the professions of agriculture, catering, and craftsmanship.
After major renovation work, the place called Terfosse has been reborn and becomes Foster, a gathering place for all which offers:
- access to agricultural land for market gardeners
- a place for artisans to develop their know-how
- a collaborative space for entrepreneurs
- a restaurant which promotes local seasonal flavours
Ideally located in Rosières, 15 km from Brussels and 15 km from Louvain-la-Neuve, close to major roads but surrounded by nature.

A PLACE FOR TABLE ARTISANS
We support and develop artisanal projects that work towards the pleasures of the table, good eating, and sustainability.
Various workshop spaces are available to accommodate artisans who share our values. Food and tableware are particularly well-suited to this.
Foster has production, a warehouse, a supply chain, and even counters to offer products for sale to customers: L'Abreuvoir..
Every year, Foster organizes meetings for culinary artisans around Family Days, Open Days, Breakfasts or Afterworks open to all.

A PLACE FOR ENTREPRENEURS
We offer inspiring workspaces and meeting rooms to (re)connect as a team and create synergies with producers and artisans.
Everything has been designed to welcome teams and allow them to collaborate in an idyllic and easily accessible setting.
Modern comfort in the heart of nature. Simply step inside and settle in to better collaborate.
The Foster team also offers outdoor and indoor activities to punctuate the day with friendly and revitalizing breaks.

A PLACE FOR PRODUCERS
We support and develop agricultural projects that promote seasonal products and aim for sustainable and responsible agriculture.
Foster is divided into several growing spaces rented to local producers who, through their work, bring the values that are ours.
Ideally south-facing and sheltered from the wind, Foster's land allows the cultivation of vegetables, fruits, seeds, forgotten cereals, edible flowers, etc.
Various market gardening areas have been set up for several years to welcome enthusiasts who experiment with new crops or return to ancestral techniques.
A PLACE TO EAT IN THE HEART OF NATURE
We offer honest and tasty cuisine in our restaurant all day, all week.
Our pantry is reserved for cooks who are committed to creating dishes using high-quality ingredients and in harmony with the seasons.
Accessible to Foster tenants as well as the general public, our restaurant allows you to gather around a good table for all occasions.
Reception rooms are also available for hire for private or professional events.

UNIQUE LOCATION
At the E411 exit of Rosières, accessible in both directions Brussels-Luxembourg and Luxembourg-Brussels.
Close to major roads, 15 km from the Brussels Ring Road, easily accessible from the E42 and E40.
Less than 10 minutes from the urban and industrial areas of Wavre, Nivelles and Louvain-la-Neuve.
IN THE MIDDLE OF NATURE
The Foster farm where the workshops are located is surrounded by greenery: meadows, crops, woods, ponds and gardens.
It thus offers a particularly pleasant working environment for craftsmen.
Craftsmen also benefit from an ideal place to showcase their expertise to partners and consumers.
SUSTAINABILITY
Foster is one of the first buildings in Wallonia to be nearly energy self-sufficient.
A park of photovoltaic panels, small wind turbines and storage batteries are installed behind the farm to power the various spaces.
In addition, the estate has natural drinking water and a wastewater recycling system.
