By naming this room Bark, we wanted to evoke a space that is both enveloping and solid, a place where one can settle, exchange, and transform, while remaining connected to the environment and what surrounds us.
A place dedicated to celebrations and gratitude, but also to debates and conferences: a space where people gather, share, and where ideas can be expressed, confronted, and grow.
Housed in the former wing of the Foster farm, the Écorce Room has been equipped to host professional or private receptions. Just 5 minutes from exit 4 Rosières of the E411, close to the motorway junctions of Brussels and near Zaventem airport, you will be immersed in a 30-hectare estate of sand pits, meadows, groves, clearings, orchards, and ponds where market gardeners, restaurateurs, artisans, and entrepreneurs converge.

IN CONFERENCE MODE
This configuration of the Écorce Room is ideal for hosting conferences, award ceremonies, or product launches.
The natural bark wall, the framework, and the stage give a ceremonial aspect to the gathering of people.
During the day, natural light illuminates the room through the long windows overlooking the vegetable garden and the farm's inner courtyard. In the evening, the magnificent bay window that opens onto the restaurant and its suspended cocoons creates a very intimate atmosphere in the long room.
IN COCKTAIL DINNER MODE
Equipped with high tables and complemented by low tables and lounge chairs, the Écorce room can host cocktail dinners.
A bar is set up in the room itself in front of the bay window overlooking the Màloma restaurant. This allows for quick and complete service in an open bar or on trays.
Paired with the Abreuvoir located on the ground floor, the Écorce room allows for the privatisation of an entire wing of the farm with reception and cloakroom on the ground floor, and a reception on the first floor with cocktails and coffee at the bar.
IN BANQUET MODE
Les tables modulables permettent de dresser un service en mode banque pour 50 personnes assises.
La proximité avec le restaurant Màloma permet d'assurer un service sur mesure gastronomique pour les convives. Menus et formules sur demande.
Le bar discrètement installé dans la fond de la salle Écorce permet un service frais et rapide.
Companies particularly appreciate this option in conjunction with the Houppier room for Board meetings or end-of-year parties.
IN "WORKSHOP" MODE
The folding tables and chairs provided allow the room to be arranged in clusters for brainstorming days or networking activities.
Flipcharts are available for the various group activities necessary for the day's dynamics.
The bar and cloakroom on the first floor allow teams to benefit from a large space dedicated to them. And as soon as they go down to the ground floor, they can enjoy the inner courtyard, terraces, and nearby walks.
IN "ADVISORY" MODE
This configuration of the Écorce room is ideal for board meetings, committees, as well as for project presentations and pitches. The natural bark wall highlights the presenters and their messages.
Natural light fills the space from the morning with a view of the vegetable garden and the inner courtyard.
The room is pleasant in all seasons and its proximity to the Màloma makes it a preferred place to end a workday with an unforgettable dinner.
