Foster is pleased to welcome the restaurant Màloma, founded by chef Georges Athanassopoulos, into its fold..

A collaboration that Foster has built with Màloma over the months and transformations of the wing to reflect both the philosophy of Màloma and the values of Foster: the use of sustainable materials, integration into the surrounding nature, but also, which is rare, a kitchen and a restaurant that operate on green energy.

Le Màloma offers seasonal cuisine, highlighting local products in the most natural way possible. You will consume what grows and what transforms around you..

Open to all, residents of Foster, one-day customers or passing food lovers, the cuisine is offered in the restaurant according to the daily menu in the evening and at lunchtime.


LOCAL PRODUCTS

Foster’s kitchen is committed to use products from the farm as much as possible of from local Belgian producers.

The selection of each ingredient is strict and in favour of local food network.

Besides the ingredients, particular attention is paid to the rational use of water and energy and the treatment of rubbish.

Very soon, the Cabanon, with its terrace overlooking the Lasne valley, will be able to host more intimate groups of up to 15 people. Its location and layout will give you the impression of being alone in nature..
