These bakeries, pastry chefs and catering artisans from Rosières, Wavre and Rixensart each bring their expertise and personality. Artisan pastries, fresh bread, gourmet pastries, local and seasonal products: each break becomes a simple and friendly moment, true to the spirit of Foster.

GRAINS DE VANILLE - Pastries from Rixensart
For your breakfasts at Foster Rosières, we work with Grains de Vanille, an artisanal bakery located in Rixensart. Delicious pastries, Berlin balls, cakes and brookies from Grains de Vanille will enhance your breakfasts and coffee breaks. We also add fresh and local fruits, as well as apple juice from our orchard.
Andy and Stéphanie prepare artisanal pastries every day, made with care in their local workshop. Their pastries, brioche and baked goods are appreciated for their quality, freshness and authentic taste, made with care in their local workshop. LAURENT DUMONT - Local pastries for your breakfasts
We also work with bakery-patisserie Laurent Dumont which our clients particularly appreciate for its delicious chouquettes.
Recognised artisan pastry chef and baker in the Walloon Brabant, Laurent Dumont combines know-how, baking tradition and pastry creativity. His products are made in his workshop in Wavre, using predominantly Belgian ingredients and a constant concern for quality and freshness.
Pastries, cakes and gourmet creations enrich thebreakfasts and coffee breaks of events organised at Foster.
