As the Marketing & Business Development Manager, Karin is entrusted with the challenge;
- Promoting the vision of Louis-Guy du Bois and the Foster ecosystem,
- Building strong and authentic partnerships with agroecology stakeholders and local SMEs,
- Actively contributing to Foster’s growth: expanding the community, promoting events, broadening the network, etc.

🤝 The Importance of Partnerships for Foster Rosières
Local partnerships are at the heart of Foster’s strategy:
- With artisans, growers, and start-ups active on-site,
- Through the revitalization of a historic location—Terfosse Farm—recognized as a Site of Great Biological Interest since 1962,
- By fostering a participatory farm, a space for coworking and rural innovation, fully engaged in ecological and energy transitions (self-sufficiency, zero waste, social solidarity).
Karin will bring her expertise to structure these collaborations: by implementing a partnership marketing and business development strategy, she will contribute both to Foster’s visibility and to the growth of a truly integrated ecosystem.
