It's launched! Our craft beer, collaborative and distinctly Belgian, is ready to be tasted.
Named Terfosse, in homage to the former name of the farm, this signature beer from Foster is the result of a true collective effort. A unique journey, from the land to the beer, where each step highlights the talents of the field:

From earth to glass: the 4 stages of creation.
1. Cultivation of verbena
Stéphanie de Bellefroid from Capucine à Table cultivates verbena in the garden of aromatic herbs and edible flowers at Foster.
2. Dynamisation of flavours
Osan Drinks, partner of the Foster business hub, enhances the flavours via a dynamisation process.
3. Mixology and aromatic blending
Georges Athanassopoulos, chef of the Màloma restaurant in Foster, imagines the blend of flavours.
4. Craft brewing
The Bertinchamps Brewery, a partner of the hub, is carrying out the brewing.
The result? A local, creative beer that is deeply rooted in Belgian craftsmanship, much like Foster: trades that meet, collaborate, and give birth to unique projects.
