Foster is pleased to welcome Màloma restaurant, founded by chef Georges Athanassopoulos.
A collaboration that Foster has built with Màloma over the months and transformations of the wing to reflect both Màloma's philosophy and Foster's values: use of sustainable materials, integration into the surrounding nature, but also, unusually, a kitchen and restaurant running on green energy.
Màloma offers seasonal cuisine, showcasing local produce in the most natural way possible. You'll taste what grows and transforms around you.
The menu varies with the seasons and the availability of produce. The ingredients used favor organic and local crops and livestock. The preparation and cooking techniques showcase the quality of the products.
The dishes carefully prepared by chef Georges Athanassopoulos and his team are like Foster: warm, inspiring, gourmet and daring .
Open to all, boarders, day guests or passing gourmets, the cuisine is offered in the restaurant according to the daily menu in the evening and at lunchtime.
LOCAL PRODUCTS
The cuisine offered at Foster showcases the products of the farm's artisans and producers.
The selection of ingredients is demanding and favors local producers and short supply chains.
Particular attention is paid to the rational use of water and energy as well as to waste treatment.

The covered courtyard under the barn reminds us of our childhood memories with its guinguette atmosphere.
For those who enjoy picnics or lunches on the grass, tables are set up in the fields to admire the harvest.

In addition to the restaurant, which can be privatized upon request, the Ecorces room, complemented by the Abreuvoir, is particularly suitable for celebrating unique moments with family or friends.
Soon, the Cabanon, with its terrace overlooking the Lasne Valley, will be able to accommodate more intimate groups of up to 15 people. Its location and layout will give you the feeling of being alone in the heart of nature.
