The restaurant is not open yet but will welcome you in a few weeks. We are putting the final touches in the kitchen, the comfortable and intimate venue and the cocktail lounge.
At Foster, we privilege seasonal cuisine enhancing the local products in the most natural way.
You will eat what grows and is prepared around you.
The menu changes depending on the season and on the supplies. We favour organic and local crops and farming.
Foster spirit will be present in plates, brunches, and buffets by guaranteeing food, drink and services which are welcoming, inspiring, gourmet and audacious.
There are different venues to match every desire. If the air is a bit too chilly, a table inside is waiting for you. If the sun shines, you may enjoy the terrace with a magnificent view of the farm and its growing crops.
LOCAL PRODUCTS
Foster’s kitchen is committed to use products from the farm as much as possible of from local Belgian producers.
The selection of each ingredient is strict and in favour of local food network.
Besides the ingredients, particular attention is paid to the rational use of water and energy and the treatment of rubbish.
TABLE AND NATURE
The restaurant, the lounge, glass walls in the “Houppier” room and the terrace immerse us in Foster’s nature.
For picnic lovers, you will find several tables in the fields.
CREATIVITY AND FLAVOUR
The talent of Foster’s cook is recognisable in the gourmet flavour in his recipes, bringing back forgotten vegetables, seeds and cereals that once lined the fields and gardens.
The chef’s cooking techniques preserve the flavours while surprising every gourmet with new combinations of tastes and colours.
RESTAURANT WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS
The Restaurant is divided in 3 areas that in total amounts to 360m2:
- A 65 m2 kitchen and a 75 m2 cellar for storage
- The “Agora” room of more than 100 m2 for 50 to 70 covers
- The Lounge of 80 m2 open for lunchtime and afterwork
The Agora is charming. It is the oldest part of the building with its visible carpentry and several openings in the garden or on the courtyard.
Soon will the Grange be surrounded by an orangery to welcome visitors for a cocktail with a view on the farm.
