Meeting our artisans

Discover local expertise, an inspiring entrepreneurial journey, and engage in discussions about the challenges, successes, and issues that energise the lives of artisans during our monthly meetings.📍

Every month, depending on the seasons, we will invite you to meet talented artisans, whether in the warm spaces of Foster or directly in their workshops or greenhouses.

For this first edition, in the heart of winter ❄️, we have chosen to celebrate sweetness and comfort 🍫!

In February, we will welcome Eugénie Gillot, founder of Eugène Chocolatier, a brand of artisanal spreads made with organic ingredients.

Meet Eugénie

In 2005, Eugénie, this inveterate foodie, discovers the secrets of chocolate in Ecuador. Upon her return, she studies management and chocolate-making before creating her own spread, healthy and indulgent, for her children.

Ten years later, his Choco Noisette charms beyond his family.

What to expect at breakfast?

During the meeting, Eugénie will immerse us in a delicious and nostalgic world. Homemade spreads, childhood memories... Eugénie will share with us her story, her secrets of making, and her passion for sweet pleasures.

Cherry on the cake: this edition takes place on the eve of Valentine's Day ❤️.

Eugénie will bring exclusive gift packs, perfect for an original present for the one you love. You won't leave empty-handed!
