Behind FORGE FERDINAND, Cédryc perpetuates an ancestral know-how inspired by his great-great-grandfather, Fernand van der Straeten. Born in 1856, this Belgian master cutler founded the Belgian Manufacture of Gembloux (MBG) in 1923, initially specialising in surgical tools before opening a cutlery department.
