At Màloma, nature is the daily source of inspiration. Chef Georges Athanassopoulos highlights every ingredient grown in the gardens and fields — seasonal vegetables, orchard fruits, and aromatic herbs.
The aromatic garden created by Stéphanie de Bellefroid (Capucine à Table) — thyme, rosemary, laurel, chervil, mint, tarragon — is a real playground for culinary creativity and sincerity.
